Excellent location and modern rooms
great location working air conditioning helpful staff modern furnishing
The location was great. I could easily walk to Granville Island and Canada Place. The air conditioning in my recently refurbished room worked perfectly! The staff were friendly and very helpful. I appreciated the cleanliness and modern furnishings. The absence of small plastic bottles was great.
The breakfast area seemed a bit neglected, and the food was not excellent.

The room was very modern and thoughtfully designed! It featured good blackout options too. This ensured a restful night. I found the space comfortable.

The gym included necessary equipment. I saw several treadmills and stationary bikes, great for a quick workout! The rooftop bar offered great views of the surrounding area. It was nice.

Breakfast had limited variety. It did not have a buffet. Instead, guests selected from a menu. The food was appealing. The rooftop provided panoramic views during dining hours.

the staff was always available at the front desk. i found complimentary water stations. the location is great, very close to the water taxi. my room had a window i could open, this allowed fresh air.
the extra tax charge per night for parking felt a bit MUCH.

Wonderful Stay at City Hotel
ocean view clean room comfortable bed helpful staff
My teens and I enjoyed our three-night stay. Our room featured a partial ocean view and was clean. The beds provided excellent comfort. Staff members offered helpful information and were very nice.

The room had a very functional design with a television, ample lighting, and air conditioning that worked well. It also included a mini fridge for storing drinks and snacks, which proved quite useful. The closet had an iron and ironing board too.

The hotel features a gym equipped with treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights, nice for a full workout. A rooftop lounge provides city views. Valet parking is available for a fee of thirty dollars per night. A business center is available.

The front desk staff provided quick check in services. Kiti was very friendly during my arrival. Staff promptly addressed a minor issue with the television. They also provided directions to nearby attractions.

The staff was helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I appreciated the provision of complimentary toiletries in the bathroom (such as high-quality shampoo and conditioner). The breakfast offered a satisfying variety of options, including fresh fruit. The rooftop bar provided amazing sunset views.
The hallway carpets showed some minor wear and tear.

The front desk staff offered quick check-in services, and they were available to answer questions about nearby attractions. the valet parking service was fast and efficient. I especially liked the staff greeting me by name each morning (charmed, I tell you!).

The hotel's breakfast service included a selection of hot items such as eggs, bacon, and pancakes. The coffee served at breakfast was freshly brewed, (and strong enough!). The rooftop bar had a menu of light meals and snacks.

popular happy hour comfortable bed crisp linen friendly staff
I found the rooftop bar a real plus with its popular happy hour. The bed was comfortable. Crisp linens were on it and good towels were in the bathroom. Staff seemed friendly and eager. The location felt great.
The room had a strange shape and lacked a lot of space.

Breakfast offered waffles, some of the best I have eaten. The wait staff were also friendly. They served meals quickly. I saw an appetising presentation in the restaurant.
